Kim Kardashian Makes Her Red Carpet Debut Post-Birth of Saint

The Queen of Reality TV stepped out and unto the red carpet for Hakkasan nightclub's 3rd anniversary party.
This is the first time she's been on the red carpet since she had Saint. She has gone on a few outings but not unto the carpet.
She looked really beautiful and elegant in a Balmain dress.

We need more of these Kim, those nudes are sooo unneccesary.
