Nahar is in tears. He tells Varum that he just started being happy again; he has a daughter now so how will he live his life in two months?
Varum tries to console him.
Nahar leaves the hospital. As he's driving home, he's in tears and decides he has to tell Saloni.
Saloni tries on an outfit and asks Babho how she looks. Babho pays her a compliment.
They are preparing for a ceremony where wives pray for long life for their husbands.
Tara comes and gives Saloni a red sari.
Babho prays for them, saying that their husbands will live long lives.
Nahar comes in as Babho is praying. He decides that Saloni looks too happy and he can't tell her the bad news.
Saloni sees him and shows him the outfit she plants to wear for the ceremony.
She says she always prayed to God that the two of them stay together for a long time.
Nahar is quiet.
Samar is leaving for the office.
Kaveri asks why he is leaving so early.
Aunt Mano is groaning in pain.
They enter her broom and she complains of knee pain.
Samar offers to massage her feet but aunt Mano says Kaveri will do it.
Samar tells Kaveri to do it.
Kaveri looks uncomfortable.
Aunt Mano tells her she won’t allow a pregnant woman massage her feet so she can just go to her room.
She says she will go to a hospital.
Dheer brings Saloni a document and tells her to sign.
She is about to sign but he asks if she won't read it first.
Saloni tells him to give the papers to Nahar to sign because he's the one who handles everything.
Nahar comes in and Dheer tells him encourage Saloni to always read before signing documents.
Nahar collects the documents from Dheer.
He goes to the room and begins to think that Dheer is right and Saloni needs to know how to manage her business affairs.
Saloni comes in to ask him to take her to her parents place tomorrow. She says he hasn’t taken Shweta to see them in a while.
Varum calls Nahar and tells him to come to the hospital in the morning so they can begin his treatment
He tells Saloni that he will not be able to accompany her to her parents because he has to go out of town for a meeting.
Saloni says it's fine, she will go with Pia.
Manor is with the doctor. He tells her not to worry as anyone can be affected by the pain after a certain age.
He says she will need to have tests done.
Nahar is also at the hospital with Varum. Varum tells him that he will not be able to stand bright light and he may even have partial paralysis.
He says he needs to be booked into the hospital.
Nahar says he has some work to finish up first.
Manor sees Nahar and runs after him.
She catches up with Varum.
A doctor asks Varum if Nahar is ok.Varum says he wishes there's a way he can make him better.
Manor asks what is wrong with Nahar.
Varum tells her that he is fine.
She says if she sees her family with the police or doctor, she gets very scared.
Saloni is at her parents place. Ambica asks why Nahar didn't come to see her. Saloni says Nahar has gone out of town.
Mano hears Saloni as she is coming in. She asks Saloni if Nahar has actually gone out of town.
Saloni says she was with when he got a call asking him to come for a meeting out of town.
An insurance broker comes to help Nahar draw up policies for Saloni and his daughter.
As the broker is leaving, he sees Sanvri in her cot and tells Nahar that his daughter is cute.
Nahar tells him to wait as he wants to draw up one more policy for Sanvri.
Savitri tells him that he doesn't have to.
Dheer tries to discourage him too.
He goes on to do it, even against Dheer’s wish.
Saloni comes back and Dheer complains that Nahar is spending too much money; he took insurance policies for her and her daughter and he also did the same for Sanvri.
Saloni goes to the room and hugs Nahar. He asks her what’s going on and she says he's a person who cares for others.
Nahar asks for her time.She says she has all the time for him.
He tells her that she needs to know about his shares, his bank accounts and his finances. He says she needs to know all.
She tells him to come with her.
She takes him to the kitchen and starts to show him where all the spices and cooking items are kept.
He asks why she is showing him those things.
She says it's the same way he was asking her about policies and finances when they are his job.
He says what if something happens to him.
She begs him not to talk like that because happiness just came back into their lives.
She brings Shweta and hands her to him then she goes to the kitchen to make tea.
Nahar starts to feel dizzy and falls on the floor with Shweta in his arm. She is not hurt because he shields her with his body.
Saloni enters the room and calls his name in a panic.
She asks why he is on the floor.
He says Shweta wanted him to play with her on the floor.
She talks about Shweta and how they will decide what school she will attend when she's older.
She tells him to feed Shweta her milk.
Nahar says he can't but Saloni tells him that he has to.
Nahar goes back to Varum at the hospital.
Varum says it's a good thing he had the symptoms manifest when he was home but he needs to tell his family.
He begs Nahar to tell his family.
Nahar doesn't respond.
Varum says if Nahar doesn't tell them, then it is his duty as the doctor to tell them himself.
He starts to walk out saying he's going to tell Saloni.
Nahar holds him back and says if he tells Saloni, she will die. Babho and Brajesh too will not be able to take it.
Varum says he understands but sooner or later, they will find out and they will never forgive him for not telling them.
Nahar says he will tell them but he has to figure out who and when to tell.
Varum agrees but tells Nahar to promise not to take too long and to take extra care of himself.
Mano is still complaining about her knee to Ambica.
Ambica teases her about being old.
Mano says if she was that old, she wouldn’t have been able to dance at the ceremony.
Ambica says she remembers. She talks about Saloni and Nahar.
Mano says she hopes all is well with Saloni and Nahar.
Kaveri offers to make tea and Mano tells her to make some for her.
Saloni and Nahar come to visit with Shweta.
Saloni says she came to invite them to the ceremony tomorrow.
Ambica says she will not be able to make it.
Mano says she has to attend.
Saloni says she is finally happy that all her wishes have come through.
Ambica offers to make tea and Saloni follows her.
Nahar is left with Mano.
Mano asks if he went out of town. He says he did.
She says she has been to the town he claimed to have gone to. She asks if he knows the sweet shop on the way into the town.
He lies that he does but he couldn't bring sweets back.
She begins to wonder because there is no such sweet shop in the town he went to.
Savitri comes to the room to see her husband holding Sanvri.
She asks him how he found them and he says he's her husband and will always find her.
He tells her to come with him and she says she will never go back to him.
He says he will take Sanvri. She begs him not to.
He tells her to give him money for alcohol.
She refuses and he threatens to take the child again. She brings money but he takes the whole purse and says whenever he misses them, he will come and visit.
Saloni serves Nahar some tea but he says he wants to fast.
She says he has to go to work.
Nahar says if a wife can fast for her husband then a husband should also fast for his wife.
Tara says Nahar who can never stay hungry is agreeing to fast a whole day. She tells Saloni that she is very lucky.
Brajesh comes to call Nahar to go for a jog. Nahar refuses at first but Brajesh insists and Saloni also encourages him to go.
They go to the park and Brajesh suggests they race.
Nahar says he doesn't feel like it.
Brajesh says he has become very lazy and he should just race to a tree nearby.
They begin the race and Nahar stops when his head starts pounding.
Brajesh sees him and rushes back to ask what is wrong.
Nahar lies that he was just using Brajesh’s trick of cheating.
He runs off and wins the race.
Mano sees Kaveri’s wedding necklace on the floor and calls her.
Kaveri comes and sees the necklace. She asks where Mano saw it.
Mano says she should keep it safe.
Kaveri says she can control her husband so she does not need the necklace. She says she is not the type who jilts her husband and steals someone else's.
She gives Mano the side-eye.
Mano tells her to stop talking.
Kaveri says she wasn't referring to Mano.
Mano says it doesn't matter whether she was referring to her or not because it is true; she could not control her husband.
Saloni tells Nahar that Neel called and he says he will come and visit them on her birthday.
Nahar is confused.
She says she hopes he hasn't forgotten her birthday in 2 and a half month’s time.
He thinks about it and doesn’t know when he says out loud that in 2 month’s time, it will be too late.
Saloni asks him what he's saying.
