Telema and Bimpe are at home, sitting side by side on the only couch Bimpe owns.
Telema is making calls to possible distributors and none seem interested in their movie.
She tells Bimpe that she thinks the last distributor was right and noone wants to take a chance on them.
Bimpe says they may have to go with Cassius, the sleazy producer.
Telema says they don’t have to but Bimpe says she doesn't like the idea but she's willing to make the sacrifice for the team.
She calls him and asks for a meeting. He doesn’t say anything for a long time, she asks if hes still on the line 3 times before he tells her to meet him at Ziggy’s in 15 minutes. I won't trust that guy as far as I can throw him.
Maro gives her pitch in a meeting with Brenda, Angela and the rest of the Odyssey team.
They like her pitch.
She wants to know when she can start her draft. Brenda says she wants to hear from everyone first, then why will decide what story to go with.
Telema and Bimpe get to Ziggy’s, Cassius is seated already.
Bimpe introduces Telema but Cassius interrupts her by pointing out that she is late. She says it was due to traffic.
She tells him she has forgiven him and wants to know what he intends to do for the movie.
He tells them the plan he has of distributing the movie worldwide.
Bimpe is very excited but Telema looks doubtful.
Cassius says he will do all he just laid out before them one condition, Bimpe has to apologize to him.
She apologizes.
He says she has to do it as publicly as when she embarrassed him.
She gets up and calls for the attention of everyone at the bar, then she apologizes again.
She sits down and asks him if they're cool now. He drops a bombshell; he says after what she did to him, a deal between them can never happen; he just wanted to teach her a lesson.
He walks out and Bimpe is about to lunge at him but Telema holds her back. Telema, you for leave Bimpe to deck the guy. What nonsense. Chai!
Tessa accompaniesYaya home.
Yaya says she's so relieved to have someone to talk to. The last few weeks have been hell.
Tessa tells her to tell Philip and keep the baby.
Yaya says it's not an option and she doesn't want to talk about it.
Tessa suggests a trip to London to have the abortions but she also says that the Yaya she knows will keep the baby and damn all consequences; she won't be scared.
Philip comes home. Yaya hugs him and he says she is in a good mood.
She tells him Tessa was around and they had a good time.
Philip says she should hang out with her more often if that’s the case.
Yaya says she wants to go on a trip to London with Tessa; a quick trip, just to clear her head.
Philip says he needs her around, he’s been stressed lately.
She still says she wants to go; he doesn't need her for the premiere so what will she be doing.
He insists he wants his wife around and with him at the premiere.
Frank asks Telema and Bimpe, who are still reeling from the blow Cassius dealt them, why they're so sad.
They tell him that they don't want to talk about it. Frank, abeg shift!
Bimpe receives a call.
The caller, a guy, says he is a big fan of her work and wants to work with her.
She asks if he's a distributor and he says he's a producer and he wants her in his next movie.
They arrange to meet at Ziggy’s.
Philip calls Sheila to invite her to the premiere of the movie.
She declines but he insists, saying if Fred was alive, she'd walk the red carpet with him and that's why he also wants Yaya there with him.
Maro walks into Angela’s office to ask how she is coping.
She commiserates with her and says if she wants to talk, she can call on her because she has been there too.
Angela asks if she had a boyfriend who died.
Maro says her father was the person she lost and she wants Angela to know that she shouldn't be ashamed to grieve.
Angela thanks her and says she has to work now.
Maro leaves and Angela tears up. Awww
Brenda gets a call from Ehigie. He asks how she is doing and Angela responds then she asks what he is calling for.
Ehigie says his mum wants to see Kwame.
Brenda says “no”.
Ehigie says she is his grandmother and deserves to see her grandson.
Brenda agrees to a brief visit, next weekend.
Yaya gets a surprise visit form Sheila.
Sheila comes in upset and accuses her wanting to travel abroad and abandoning her to handle the Tsav issue all alone.
Bimpe is having the meeting with the producer.
He talks big so she asks how he can afford all he is promising because she has never heard his name before.
He mentions a movie he produced and she knows it as one that broke box office sales.
He continues pitching the idea of his movie and then he says it contains some nude scenes. Bimpe puts on a fake smile and asks if he is going to use a body double or blue screen.
He wants the real deal.
She gives him the look she reserves for idiots. Will these roadblocks never clear completely? One hurdle after the other. That's life sha.
Angela is in a Brenda's office.
They talk about work then Angela blindsides Brenda by asking if she remembers the day she kept her in the office.
Brenda says she doesn't remember.
Angela says Brenda kept her in the office and it was the day Masters got killed so she should remember.
Brenda insists she doesnt remember.
Angela now asks how she met Zane.
Brenda says it was through an agency.
Angela asks for the name of the agency but Brenda tries to play if off as though she didn’t commit it to memory.
Angela gets serious and tells Brenda to get her the agency’s information.
Brenda says, “fine, she will try and get it and can Angela allow her now get back to work.
Angela slams her hand down hard on the table and gives Brenda the look of death. Brenda, you're gonna make Angela go all Angelique on you.
Sheila says Yaya cannot travel and leave her to deal with the issue alone.
Yaya begs, saying that she needs to go and it is important and personal.
Sheila says she will report Yaya to the ICC so they can stop her from travelling, if she doesn’t tell her the reason she’s travelling..
Yaya continues pleading but Sheila insists she is going to the ICC straight away. She starts to make her way out of the apartment but Yaya pulls her back and says she needs to go and get an abortion. OOOOkay!
