She says she just wants to broker peace
Billz says Adze stole from him.
Vina says with the app shut down they all have something to lose.
He asks what she means and she says the app is a company property and she has a 10 percent stake in it.
Billz is upset, he calls her a snake and says he always knew she was this type of person; she planned everything from the beginning and must have forced Adze to go ahead and launch the app
He says Adze should man up and talk to him instead of sending her.

Tokunboh has fallen asleep at the restaurant.
Ruffy and Alabama approach him and warn him not to make a sound.

Bem brings Arinola home.
She says it's ridiculous as her driver had to still drive behind them.
Bem asks if she didn’t see the press hiding in the parking lot of the office; it won't look good if they talk to the driver and find out they don't spend much time together.
Arinola still doesn’t really understand why her driver couldn’t have just brought her home.
Bem points out that she hasn’t been in a relationship for a long time and she asks if it’s that obvious.

Adze calls billz and asks if he can come to crash with him for a while so they can hang out like old times.
Billz says he has no time for hanging out and this is not a good time.
Adze asks why.
Billz says his mentor at the club has been talking to him about staying focused so he wants to do just that.
He suggests that Adze makes up with his father.

Arinola is rehearsing her speech for the primaries.
Bem comes in to the office to see her.
He sees she’s nervous and tells her to relax.
He looks at her speech then tells her to put it away and just wing it.
He shows her a necklace and tells her it’s for luck then he puts in it on her neck.
There's a brief moment of intimacy then he says he will leave.

Tes is briefing Oye about the conversation he overheard between Arinola and Tokunboh.
Arinola comes and Tes leaves them.
Oye tells Arinola that she went to the bank.
Arin looks guilty.
Oye says she doesn't want to believe that Arinola is like the others but the elections haven’t even taken place and she’s already embezzling funds.
Arinola says she didn't use the money for herself, she had a pressing issue and needed to borrow the money but she will pay back.
Oye says Arin is not telling her everything.
Arinola asks if Oye doesn't trust her.
Oye says she doesn’t at this time because Arinola also doesn’t trust her enough to tell her everything.
She threatens to go and inform Chief Lasisi.
 Arinola begs for more time.

Tes tells him to try and apologise again but till then, he should just lay low.

Bem, Folahan and Benson are at the clubhouse.
Folahan asks for champagne because he’s in a celebratory mood.
Bem says he would have said ‘good luck’ but Folahan doesn't need it
Folahan says he's right because everything has been taken care of.

Benson brings a bottle of champagne and Folahan asks if Bem wouldn't drink to his success.
Bem say he doesn't need to since Folahan is already sure of success.
Folahan tells him not to take his fiancee’s  loss too hard.
Benson intervenes and Folahan apologises to Bem.
Bem says it’s fine but Folahan should not underestimate his opponent.
Folahan says he has no opponent; he is the only candidate of the party.

Oye surprises Tokunboh at his hotel restaurant.
She sits at the table, uninvited and asks if he's Tokunboh.
He confirms and she asks what he has on Arinola.
He says there’s nothing and she warns him to stop blackmailing her or she would send the police after him.
Tokunboh tells her to go ahead but he will tell his own side.
He asks how well she knows her boss and asks if she knows about the drug trafficking.
Oye is quiet for a moment then she laughs and says “nice one”.
Tokunboh says Arinola was a fun loving drug user and who occasionally traffics.
Oye gets up to leave and he tells her to go and find out and if Arinola denies, she should say he has evidence of her arrest.

Koko is at work. She gets a call from Ike to meet him outside.
She gets outside and asks why he didn't come inside.
He says things have gone from bad to worse; he was kicked out of his apartment, which was owned by the bank and he didn't know where to take the truck with his things to.
She asks about his mum and he says his mum left for the village before the wahala.
She says it's okay for him to stay with her.

At the party primaries, Folahan has just finished giving his speech so it's time for Arinola’s.
As she is giving her speech, Babatunde and Chief Lasisi are outside, moving bags, probably filled with money.
After her speech, Ruffy Jackson and his boys hail her.

The votes are counted and the winner is Arinola Cardoso
Folahan is shocked and fuming.

Telema says if the roles were reversed, she’d want to be told in person.
He seems happy with her response.
He asks what's next and she says she has no idea.
He says he wants to help because Telema has been very respectful; he would put her in contact with one of the biggest Cinema Chains in the country; he would help her with a leg in the door and how it goes from there is entirely up to her.
Telema is very happy.

Laide is having lunch with Harriet.
Harriet asks how it's going and Laide says it is working; after the interview, she loves how the public reacted to the gossip.
Harriett takes offense at the term ‘gossip’. She immediately sets Laide straight, saying she’s a journalist and what she reports is not gossip.
Laide says she didn’t mean it that way and anyways, she wants to know how soon they can have the second interview so she can bash Sheila further.
A still-pissed-off  Harriett, turns the table on Laide and says Fred had amnesia, she was brought to help and she started sleeping with him.
Laide wasn’t expecting that. She asks how the issue became about her.
Harriett says she did a bit of digging and found out; that's how ‘gossip’works.
Laide now wants to know  if Harriet will write about her.
Harriett says it will depend on if someone pays her to.
Laide threatens to sue, if that happens.

Mimi confronts Maro at the reception about why she brought up Tolu’s name at the meeting.
Maro says it’s because he's good at what he does.
Mimi says but Maro knows how far with her and Tolu.

Bimpe comes to see Midas in his office. She’s fuming.
He asks if there is anything wrong.
She says the quote he made about 25 million naira is putting her in a mess; everyone wants money.
He doesn’t see her point. He says he didn't expect her to complain about getting attention.
She says he should have said 1 million or 2 million but 25 million is way too huge a figure.
He says it's a claim then says what if he told her that the man she met at the reception on her way in, is her very own chauffeur.

He tells them to engrave the words in their hearts and live by them.
Afterwards, he shakes their hands, Adze’s, a little too tightly, making him squirm.

They get home and Adze tells Bem that Folahan has faith in him.
Bem tells him he has no idea what he's dealing with and that the earlier he comes clean, the better his chance of getting help.
Tes is hiding behind the wall and listening to them.

Adze gets back to Vina’s place and she tells him she was worried.
He tells her he is now a member of the brotherhood, he uses his fingers to make their symbol.
She hugs him and asks if he made up with his dad.
Adze says Folahan nominated him.
Vina is sceptical about that.
Adze tells her that Billz was also initiated.
Vina says she thought he was still in South Africa.
Adze says he thought so as well and his return could mean trouble.

Tes joins Bem in the living room and asks why he’s not in bed.
Bem says sleep is for the weak. He asks how it’s going, working with Arinola.
Tes says she's been really stressed lately and Oye says the last time she was like this was when her god-father died.
Tes looks at his father and says he wants to ask something; isn’t it time he allowed Adze move back in?
Bem dismisses him with a ‘goodnight’.

Bem meets his ‘fixer’ and tells him to tail Folahan Majekodunmi and Adze Tsenugo; he wants to know what they are up to.

Oye and Koko are having breakfast.
Koko is still in her foul mood. She tells Oye that Ike wanted her to join them for dinner with his mum but she lied that Oye was busy because she knows she wouldn’t have agreed to come, so if he asks her about it, she should stick with the story.

Adze feigns ignorance.
Tes says their dad came back home last night, a little more tightly wound up than usual.
Adze gets angry and says so anytime their dad is upset, it must be him.
Tes says he didn’t mean it like that but he doesn’t bring up the fact that Adze was in the house.

He gets up to leave then tells Tes that their dad should have brought him (Tes) into ‘Populous’ instead.
